The Lawns has a private patio and gardenwhich leads out to the 28 acre communal gardens, and the patio table and six chairs means that the barbeque can be put to good use and you can dine outside in style.

A stay at The Lawns means you’ll have use of the impressive facilities on the Colmer Estate, and that means that even without leaving the grounds you’ll be able to swim, fish, work out and even practice your serve. There’s a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool between May and September, a fishing lake that welcomes anglers and tennis courts. And for the younger members of the family, the adventure play area provides hours of entertainment.
