Colmer House is an 18th Century Georgian building, sympathically renovated and restored to its former glory in the mid-1990s and converted into a number of privately owned luxury apartments. The Lawns has very recently been refurbished to the highest standards offering comfort and practicality.

The Perfect Getaway.
The Lawns is the centre right apartment at the front of the Manor House, with a south facing aspect and wonderful views from its windows across the grounds to the lake. The lounge doors lead directly to a large paved patio, surrounded by a balustrade wall which looks out over the immaculate lawns. The patio is private, sheltered and is furnished with a table, chairs, bbq and sunloungers.
A private entrance leads directly to a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with fitted kitchen. A tastefully well presented lounge features a cream 3 piece leather suite, brown leather dining chairs and table, TV, video and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equiped with electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble-drier.
Stairs lead to a large open landing, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Brightly furnished throughout , the king-sized bedroom has a large king-sized bed, generous wardrobes and a comfortable retro chair to relax in. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and flat screen TV. The bathroom features a bath, power-shower, toilet and hand basin, all equipped to a very high standard.
The apartment has wireless broadband internt with full unlimited us for those of you that bring your laptops with you.
